Terms and conditions

1. Identification

These terms and conditions govern the use of the aniversari.lamagatalljocs.com website and the booking of birthday parties at L'Amagatall, operated by Amagatall Cafè i Jocs, S.L. (Tax ID B21971833), registered at Carretera Nova, 4, 08530 La Garriga, and Passatge de Joan Puig, 2, 08500 Vic (Barcelona), Spain.

2. Booking process

Bookings are made through the website form, indicating venue, date, time slot and party details. The request is only confirmed once the deposit payment has been received.

If the exact number of children or adults is not yet known at the time of booking, an estimate can be provided and the final number confirmed up to one week before the party.

3. Prices and payment

The deposit is paid online by card, through a secure Stripe link, at the time of booking: €100 for La Garriga and €150 for Vic. This amount reserves the date and is non-refundable.

The remaining amount is settled at the venue on the day of the party. Catering, decoration, cake and other optional service prices are calculated based on the options chosen and can be checked in the website's calculator.

4. Cancellation and date changes

The party cannot be cancelled and the deposit is non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances (serious illness, force majeure), rescheduling to another date may be requested, always subject to availability.

Under the deposit regime set out in Article 621-8 of the Catalan Civil Code (Codi Civil de Catalunya) and, unless expressly agreed otherwise, this payment is confirmatory in nature: it forms part of the total price of the service and does not, by itself, grant a right of withdrawal. For this reason, if the family cancels the party, the deposit is retained by L'Amagatall as part of the price already committed to the booking, without prejudice to the right to request rescheduling under the terms indicated above.

Minor timing adjustments (starting a bit earlier or later) may be requested if availability allows; the service lasts 3 hours, and extending it involves a small surcharge.

5. Catering and food

For food safety registration reasons, catering (for children and adults) is always managed by L'Amagatall. Homemade cakes and outside food not supplied by L'Amagatall or its authorised partner bakers are not accepted, except with prior authorisation and presentation of the corresponding purchase receipt.

Catering can be adapted (items added, changed or removed) on request from the family; some changes may involve a small additional charge.

6. Monitors

An additional monitor must be hired when 15 or more children over 4 years old attend, or when the total group of children paying for catering reaches 20, with the corresponding surcharge shown in the calculator.

7. Referral programme

When a booking is confirmed, a personal code is generated (format ANI-XXXXXX). If another family books using that code, they receive a 5% discount on their party's final price, and the referring family receives an L'Amagatall hours voucher as a thank-you.

8. Liability

L'Amagatall takes care of the safety of the venue and the children during the party, but responsibility for supervising minors rests at all times with the accompanying adults, except for activities explicitly run by L'Amagatall staff.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts under applicable consumer protection regulations.
